Influenced by 16th Century Baroque opulence and Gothic design, Adam Wallacavage’sShiny Monsters show at the Philadelphia Art Alliance, is as sumptuous as it is unusual. His current solo exhibition is an installation project consisting of multiple gallery spaces that showcase his exquisite and bizarre chandeliers. Some of his recent works in the show featuring toys and Hello Kitty iconography are inspired by pop culture and Wallacavage’s love of vintage Americana.
I would like them all, thank you.
Fucking gorgeous.
Fun and spindley…
Such rad pieces! Some really cool one-of-a-kind mugs and bowls that are food safe—even microwave and dishwasher safe if you’re into that sort of thing.
There are also some beautiful, unique decorative pieces that are all made from natural materials—coral, stone, and the like.
Definitely worth a look! Its past “gift season” but seriously, I’m thinking about commissioning this artist to make me a dinnerware set! I love the fluid forms and interesting shapes and designs that she uses. Just mesmerizing.

I would still be this excited to be given a microscope. It came with slides of animal fur and snake scales, as well as a scalpel, with which I sliced open my finger not even a few hours later. I was testing the sharpness I believe, and it was indeed, very sharp.
insertcleverdomainnamehere asked: ZOMG. Your Tumblr is effing amazing. Thanks for following me, because I don't know how else I would have ever found your magical little happy-land of majestic "fuck-yeahs." And where in the fuck did you find my little shitty Tumblr, anyhow?
Haha, well thank you. I just try to collect the things that I like, and have classy standards (that are a little crazy as well.)
I know you through Morgan! :]
